Before signing up for a lesson with me, we will have a chat on the phone to see where you are at with your foiling or to find out about your relevant board sports experience.
I will suggest exercises for you to practice at home to help you get a head start on understanding how a foil feels. I really believe in pre-session training. The time you put in here will make your experience on the water more intuitive and your progress faster.
A session is 2hrs of on the water of foiling instruction. Prior to this we begin with a safety briefing and basics of foiling on land. We then motor to the best spot for towing depending on the conditions, which is a lovely tour because our estuary is beautiful place to learn to foil.
