Fit for Foiling!
Foiling is physically demanding.
Many of us are coming into this sport later in life and we often find we have lost some of the mobility, strength and balance that we had during our younger years.
The desire to foil can be the trigger to improve overall health and fitness which is absolutely awesome.
But it can be hard to know where to start and getting some help with this is a great idea.
